Actor Viraf Patel, whom we last saw in the movie “Taish” is engaged now. The actor got engaged to his long time girlfriend Saloni Khanna on February 20. The couple had a spontaneous engagement in presence of Saloni’s family and close friends. Well, the model-actress received a surprise as Viraf went down on his knees with a ring to propose to her for marriage.

With the exclusive interview of the actor with Spotboye.com Viraf said, “We went to Delhi to meet Saloni’s family. As they wanted to meet us together. And when we went there her closest friends from Delhi were also present there as they wanted to see me. So, one of her friends, Aastha who is also a model-actor suddenly came to me and said why don’t you just go on proposing to her with the ring. She isn’t expecting it so she will feel nice. And I thought it was a good idea. So within fifteen minutes she just went and arranged a ring for this. Nothing was planned. It was very spontaneous. She got the ring put into my pocket and slowly I removed it from my pocket and just proposed to her.” The actor has worked in many popular TV Shows “Ek Boond Ishq and Namkarann”.
The actor has been dating each other for two years and now it was Viraf who confessed his love for Saloni and he further added, “We met two years back while shooting an episodic for Sony LIV show. It was a 2-3 days shoot and by end of the shoot, I told her that I like you. She was not very sure at that time but we definitely came in touch with each other. And then things went well. So you can say after two years of courtship, we are ready to get married.”
