Kishwar Merchant is on cloud nine right now as she is sharing her first child right with her husband Suyash Rai. The actress keeps on sharing pictures with her flaunting baby bump more often. We all know how straightforward and opinionated Kishwar is. She has always raised her voice whenever she sees something wrong around her.
Kishwar Merchant Makes a shocking revelation on her Casting Couch experience
Recently, in an interview with ETimes, Kishwer opened up on her casting couch experience. She revealed that she was once asked to ‘sleep with the hero’ by a big filmmaker. Kishwer said, “It happened with me when I had gone for a meeting- but just once. My mother was accompanying me. I was told that I’ll have to sleep with the hero.” She added that she politely turned down the offer and they left.
She further said that in every industry it happens. She also said that the hero and the filmmaker who asked to do that were “Big Names”. When she was asked if the incident had kept her away from movies, she said “no” as she was very focused at work and was more inclined towards the television. “I kept getting work in quality and quantity. All said and done, I am very happy with the way my career shaped up. I stuck more to TV because I think it gives you more recognition. Small roles in films serve no purpose,” she added.
Talking about pregnancy, Kishwar is due in August this year and she is enjoying the phase currently.
