Shilpa Shetty got into an argument with her husband Raj Kundra and the actress later broke down while giving her statement at the Mumbai Crime Branch on Friday. On Friday, after he was remanded Raj Kundra was taken to his Juhu residence for a house search. The businessman met his wife Shilpa there and they seemed to have gotten into an argument then.

According to a report, by Free press journals, officials said that Shilpa was totally shaken and upset when she had to give her statement. But, the officials had to take the Hungama 2 actress’s statement to get an understanding if she has any involvement in the case. The report also said that during the house raid, officers found a cupboard hidden in a cavity.
Shilpa Shetty also said that she had no idea about Raj’s activity and what happened at his firm. The actress told the officers that she found out about everything through newspapers as she was busy with her own work. Shilpa’s statement is necessary in the case as she was the director of Kundra’s Viaan Industries.
