The CEO of Reliance Entertainment Shibashish Sarkar has shot down the reports stating that the Long-awaited Movie of Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryawanshi would release on April 2. Reacting on the reports, The CEO of Reliance studio says, ” “The release is not yet decided…It seems apart from me and Rohit Shetty(the producers of Sooryavanshi) every journalist and media outlet is behaving like the producer.”

A source very close to one of the two projects tells me. “It’s all very well for the false sense of Covid-free bonhomie being created around public recreational places. The fact is, the pandemic is not yet gone, and attendance in movie theatres is still very restricted. Any attempt to pull the audience back into theatres at this juncture is premature.”
Fans have eagerly waiting for the movie Sooryawanshi from last year and due to the effects of Covid, the release date has been postponed. The film’s trailer, which released around February 2020, had left fans excited. Back then, it was slated to release on March 24.
