“I quarantined for more than 19 days. But, these are five things I did to help me speed up my recovery. Most important is to listen to your favorite music and be happy,” wrote Rubina with a video showing her daily routine during COVID 19.

The first thing that Shakti Actress did was that she “Ate Healthy” which was followed by “Keeping hydrated”. She also showed that two flasks that she carried with her every time. The third step was to “practice yoga” and she also did meditation. Next, she took her prescribed ‘medications on time’ which is a crucial step while battling COVID. Last, but most important, Rubina swore to ‘listening to music.”

Well, Rubina’s Video showed the optimistic Vibes to her fans as well the people who suffered from Covid -19 and she has motivated many with her positive energy. Staying positive, following a proper routine, and doing simple activities make one feel better during these testing times, and this is what Rubina Dilaik did.
